Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Most of our owners require tenants to pay 3 months’ rent upfront. -

If you do not move in the property by the move-in date, the initial move-in fees are refundable. -
Do we accept cosigners?
On a case by case basis. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
We use an online rental application. All adult applicants (over 18 years of age) must submit the application fee and complete the application online. -
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes. You can pay by your checking account or credit card online. There is no fee to pay directly from your bank account. There is a 4% fee to pay by credit/debit card. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
You must provide notice as written in your lease. You can provide official notice using our tenant portal. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The cost of repairs related to normal wear and routine maintenance of the heating system will be paid for by the owner. Damages caused by abuse or misuse will be charged back to the tenant. We will rely on the servicing contractor to tell us what caused the problem.
